arkness was all around. Except for the distant sound of splashing, there was no other sound to be heard, that is until a male voice rang out. Harsh, and taunting, and in a foreign language. Spanish? Two figures were swimming hard with one in pursuit of the other, and I could barely see their foamy wakes in the dim light cast by the silver sliver of a moon hanging low in the inky starless sky. I could feel the fright, and fatigue that took hold of the one desperately trying to evade capture, but every which way the shadowy swimmer turned, the other more experienced and stronger swimmer followed suit, effectively blocking any escape. Capture appeared imminent!

The good news is that I woke up before the desperate swimmer in my dream (me) was caught and drowned (by modern maniacal medicine). Does that mean I have a chance to escape the maniacal medical menace that is chasing me? I think so. There is always hope as long as I'm breathing.
