t last I have finally finished my chicken
coop and I have dubbed it: Henpecked General
Hospital. I have learned that it is a good idea to have a separate coop or pen for any sick, henpecked, or naughty chickens to room and board in until they recover from what ever ails them. I have also decided not to adopt the English bantam chickens because I learned that they don't lay that many eggs, and of course because they are bantams, the eggs they do lay are very small. I want a bigger return on my investment, so I will be patient, and wait until I can raise the funds to buy the birds I really want. Would you like to see some pictures of the final product? Here they are:
